Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement.

In Vinyasa yoga, each movement is synchronized to a breath.

Vinyasa means to move the body in a special way. Linking movement with breath to attain balance of mind and body.
Also called Flow Yoga, Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga with focus on standing transitions and movements.

The latter part of the class explores seated and supine asanas/postures using props.

Finishing the session with relaxation in Savasana, a resting pose which takes your yoga practice to a place where you can completely let go.

Suitable for beginners and intermediate, the classes are adapted to the students.
